Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be described as listed and undamaged We do not accept Custom-made for return. When a partial refund/compensation has been accepted for slight wear or fault, the item cannot be returned.

After submitting the request, you will be notified regarding the shipping address. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is in its original condition, as you are responsible for delivering it to us in the same condition you received it in.
