Return Policy & Warranty

Note: If a product has a special return policy mentioned in its description, that policy will override the standard return policy.
Example: The Natural Fresh Pocket Spring Pillow Top Mattress comes with a 30-day free trial. You may return it within this period without providing a reason.

Standard Return Policy

• Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

• After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • As described in the listing

  • Undamaged

• Custom-made items are not eligible for return.

• If a partial refund/compensation has already been accepted for minor wear or a fault, the item cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

Please submit your return request by:

• Sending an email to info@handmadebed.co.uk with:

  • The reason for return

  • 3 photos of the item you received

• Or, contacting our 24/7 customer service at (078) 96018993.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Please ensure the item is packaged securely and returned in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for the safe return of the item.

Refunds (if applicable)

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days.

• Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
