RETURN AND REFUND

RETURN POLICY:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be described as listed and undamaged  We do not accept Custom-made for return. When a partial refund/compensation has been accepted for slight wear or fault, the item cannot be returned. 

Please submit your return request with reason for returns and 3 photos of order you received at info@handmadebed.co.uk or contact us through our 24/7 available customer service by calling our Support number ( 078) 96018993.

 

After submitting the request, you will be notified regarding the shipping address. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is in its original condition, as you are responsible for delivering it to us in the same condition you received it in.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable):

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected. Refund approval or rejection will also be communicated to you.

You will receive a credit, equivalent to the amount of your refund, within a certain amount of days after you are approved.
