    Standard Return Policy

    • Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

    • After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

      • As described in the listing

      • Undamaged

    • Custom-made items are not eligible for return.

    • If a partial refund/compensation has already been accepted for minor wear or a fault, the item cannot be returned.

Refunds (If Applicable)
  • We will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected. Refund approval or rejection will also be communicated to you. You will receive a credit, equivalent to the amount of your refund, within a certain amount of days after you are approved.
Manufacturer's Guarantee
  • There is a one-year warranty on our product, but we do not cover wear and tear resulting from accidents. Upon request, we can assist in the event of accidental damage at an additional cost.
Return Shipping Cost
  • While returning your item, the shipping cost will entirely be borne by the customer who bought it. The company will solely not be responsible for the return shipping cost of the item.
Exchanges
  • No exchanges are valid for any items. Customers can either return their items or get their refund within the 30 days time period.
Changes in the Order
  • Any changes or alignments that the customer needs to make must be informed before the item is manufactured by the company. After your item has been manufactured, no more changes would be accepted.

  • We provide an exclusively free delivery service to our valuable customers in most parts of the United Kingdom! However, listed below are a few areas that we charge:

    • Additional charge of £50 for AB, DD, DT, EX, LD, LL, PH, PL, TA, TQ, TR
  • Furthermore, unfortunately, our delivery service is not yet available in the certain areas mentioned below:
    • No delivery to KW, IV, ZE, IM, JE, GY
    • No delivery to the Channel Islands
    • No delivery to the Isle of Man
    • No delivery to Scottish Highlands
    • No delivery to Northern/Southern Ireland
    • No delivery to the Isle of Wight
    • No delivery to Scilly Isles
    • No delivery to Scottish Islands
  • You will receive prompt confirmation of your order as soon as we receive it on our end. The standard order will be delivered within 10 days, while custom and special beds can take as long as 2-3 weeks. There are several factors that can cause the delivery to be longer than expected, including incorrect address data, customs clearance procedures, and others. Your tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order ships and will give you constant visibility over its location. A notification of the time of delivery will be sent to you the day before delivery. Safe and sound, your ordered item will arrive at your doorstep.
2-Man Delivery Service
  • Our company also offers a 2-man delivery service which involves having two people to deliver an item. Furthermore, there is an additional assembling charge for those who are willing to take our service.
